When the automatic screw machine is running, the problem of XY alarm and its removal method: for the automatic screw machine, it has strong proactive ability, and the maintenance and treatment on the equipment are mainly operated by manual operations. If there is a equipment failure All of them will be displayed on the touch screen. Different models have different operating systems. All operating systems are usually programmed independently by the auto-locking screw machine manufacturer. The programming of each different product is also different. Today, I will introduce the solution to the coordinate lock screw machine. This method is only suitable for automatic products.
1. The right axis travel limit exceeds the alarm: the right axis runs to the limit, and the alarm is released by manually moving backward.
2. Emergency stop: the emergency stop button has been pressed, and the alarm can be cancelled by disconnecting and releasing it, or the emergency stop button is damaged and needs to be sealed.
3. Alarm for the stroke limit of the left axis: the left axis runs to the limit, and the alarm is cancelled by manually moving backward.
4. X-axis stroke overrun alarm: X-axis runs to the limit, and the alarm is cleared by manual backwards. Z-axis travel overrun alarm 2 Z-axis runs to the limit and manually rises to clear the alarm.
5. Please reset and start the alarm again: This alarm is generated after pressing the start button, indicating that the power-on has not been completed, and it will be reset once after pressing.
6. There is no signal at the origin of the right axis: this alarm occurs when starting, indicating that the right axis is not reset after pressing [Clear Alarm] in the original position. ,
7. There is no signal at the origin of the left axis: this alarm is generated when starting, indicating that the left axis has not been reset in the original position by pressing [Clear Alarm].
8. There is no signal at the origin of X axis: this alarm occurs at startup, indicating that the X axis has not been reset after pressing [Clear Alarm] in its original position.
9. There is no signal at the origin of Z axis: this alarm is generated at startup, indicating that the Z axis is not reset after pressing [Clear Alarm] in the home position, or the origin sensor is damaged and must be replaced.
10. The electric screwdriver (gas screwdriver) keeps on when screwing the screw or does not lift up after tightening. Please check whether the magnetic ring of the lifting cylinder has a signal.
11. After the lock is completed, the feeder does not send screws. Please Fengquan check whether the blowing signal is output or the blowing signal output time is too short (blowing time), whether there is a signal on the magnetic ring on the lifting cylinder.
